My yoga journey began in Finland in 2010 with Ashtanga Vinyasa practice, though I later found my true calling in the gentler approaches of yoga. A pivotal moment in my path occurred when I discovered Yoga Pranala in Bali under the guidance of Linda Madani Grondin. This unique practice, which weaves together flowing yoga movements with sacred Balinese hand mudras changed how I practiced and called me to teaching yoga.

Through Yoga Pranala, I experienced a profound transformation that went beyond the physical practice. It became a gateway to deep mental, emotional, and spiritual exploration, revealing yoga's true potential as a powerful self-healing tool. My passion now lies in sharing this transformative practice with others.

My dedication to understanding the body's wisdom led me to explore somatics and embodied yoga along with non-dual teachings of Kashmir Shaiva Tantra. These practices have enriched my teaching approach, allowing me to guide students toward a deeper connection with their bodies and inner experiences.

Since 2015, I've had the privilege of sharing these teachings internationally, leading classes, workshops, festivals, and retreats across Bali, France, and Finland. Each experience has deepened my understanding of yoga's transformative power and reinforced my commitment to guiding others on their journey of self-discovery.

At the moment you can find me teaching classes and sharing kirtans in Intuitive Flow Yoga Studio and Alchemy Yoga in Ubud Bali.
