GENERAL TERMS,PAYMENT- AND CANCELLATION POLICY
FOR ‘REMEMBER WHO YOU ARE’ RETREAT 10 - 16 MARCH
It is your responsibility to read and understand, payment and cancellation policy. By coming on this yoga retreat you are assuming any travel risks and are releasing the Trave Agency Jt Finland Oy (Balin Matkat) and Anu Karoliina Yoga from any liability that might arise from your negligence, carelessness in traveling or from your general participation in this retreat.
Travel Agency, Jt Finland (Balin Matkat) is the responsible travel arranger of this retreat.
To guarantee the comfort and convenience of the whole group and your own safety we require that you have travel-/medical insurance to cover you up.
You are responsible for all your travel arrangements including obtaining up to date Visa information and ensuring your passport is up to date and valid for travel (Check carefully the requirements for your passport/visa to enter Indonesia).
Please note that this retreat has limited numbers of participants so it allows for a more personable, intimate experience and our cancellation policy is in place to ensure the highest quality of service and experience for all. No refunds for arriving late or leaving early are available.
Deposits are non-refundable. After securing your spot by paying the deposit (400€), you are liable to pay 50% of the full price of the retreat. 50% of the full price is non-refundable without exceptions. For further cancellation policy, please read below.
This retreat is all inclusive of the details listed on the web page unless otherwise stated. We will keep the right to confirm/adjust the final details of the programme according to the circumstances closer to the event.
You will receive a waiver of liability to Anu Karoliina Yoga by email before the retreat and you are required to sign a paper copy of it at the beginning of the retreat.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICY
A deposit of 400 € is required within 7 days to secure your booking in this retreat. The deposit is non-refundable without exceptions. By paying the deposit to Jt Finland Oy (Balin Matkat) you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
The full balance of the payment must be made one month before the retreat begins (10th of February 2024).
If you sign up for the retreat within one month or less of the retreat starting, full payment is required immediately upon registration. You are responsible to pay your fees to your bank due to the bank transactions. Jt Finland Oy (Balin Matkat) requires to receive the full amounts specified in the pricing and payment plan.
GENERAL TERMS
Jt Finland Oy (Balin Matkat) and Anu Karoliina Yoga reserves the right to substitute a replacement leader/teacher or vary this retreat prior to the start or during in the event of unforeseen circumstances, medical reasons or death.
If for any compulsory reasons Jt Finland Oy Anu Karoliina Yoga deems it necessary to make adjustments to the retreat, the venues, facilitators or content, she will inform this on the retreat web page and in a written email.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of you cancelling the participation in this retreat, you need to provide a written notice by email to Jt Finlad Oy and Anu Karoliina Yoga. The deposit is non-refundable without exceptions.
By registering to this retreat and paying the deposit, you are liable to pay 50% of the full price of the retreat (795€) in any event of cancelling. Please notice that this overrides any further cancelling policy.
The name change for a participant is free of cost. Jt Finland Oy (Balin Matkat) and Anu Karoliina Yoga should be informed by email in case of applying for a participant name change.
Jt Finland Oy (Balin Matkat) and Anu Karoliina Yoga reserve the right to cancel the retreat in the unlikely case of lack of sufficient amount of participants (6) or unexpected medical occurrence or death.
Please note that we offer this retreat limited number of participants, so it allows for a more personable, intimate experience and our non-refundable deposit and cancellation policy is in place to ensure the highest quality of service and experience for all. Exception to cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather, forces of nature, or personal emergencies.
Jt Finland Oy and Anu Karoliina Yoga are not responsible for refunding if any cancellation for this retreat occurs for ‘force majeure’ circumstances, including natural catastrophes, strikes, riot or any other similar situations that are unforeseen and unlikely. No refunds for arriving late or leaving early is available.
